Ah, but I always know what to expect! LOL
So, I'm up 1.2 today...
But that's okay. I am going to work out in a bit, then I want to get new tires for my car. Then, I thought maybe, if I have time, I'd like to catch a matinee of Twilight and see it a second time.
I can go to the movies by myself! Yeah! Why not?
So this morning I went with the sugary cereal again - frosted mini wheats. I thought I'd bulk it up with some strawberries and blueberries. I thought maybe I wouldn't be hungry again in an hour.
I was wrong! Dead wrong!
Ugh!!! Sugar sucks!!!!!!
That's it!!!! Doesn't matter what's left in the house!!!!
I DECLARE MYSELF SUGAR FREE!!!
That's right! I'm done!!!
NO MORE SUGAR!!!
So today's workout on the calendar is... Cardio Party... That's a good one, but I have to pump up the volume on some of the moves to get my heart rate up. Some of it's a little too low impact for me :P
So that's all I've got going on for today! Till tomorrow!
