Why is it, when I eat Chinese food I gain a pound overnight, but it takes three days to lose it!?!
Maybe I need to drink more water... Sigh...
So, this morning I ditched the sugar and it's an hour later and I am not hungry...
Coincidence? I think not!
So today I will work out - Sculpt only (yay!). Going to keep using my heavy weights and hope I can get through the sets :P
Then, tonight, Girls Night at one of my fav waterfront restaurants! Yay! I love girls night! I have to look online and see if I can find the menu so I can have a plan of what to order...
So that's that... May or may not be on the boat this weekend. Mechanic still hasn't found the problem, and Saturday's weather is not looking favorable... Maybe Sunday :o)
