So, since I've been on vacation, I'm getting more hours of sleep, but I'm waking up a LOT more.
15-25 wake events a night! Geez!
I'm surprised by that actually...
But so fat the summer's been fine. Even though I feel like I'm indulging a bit on the weekends, I'm still maintaining, if not slightly losing.
This morning I weighed in at 122.8 which is low these days.
I'm not counting on that lasting though... The weekend is only a couple of days away LOL!
Actually, last time I was at weight watchers, my leader asked if there was a number I was stopping at...
Yes, there's a number I'm stopping at. And this time I don't plan on going lower than 120. The teen numbers, are just too hard to keep up!
Did I mention this? Back in June, one of my co-workers was commenting on my weight loss and asked if I was eating???
Geez - you need to eat to lose weight! That, and I lost 20 pounds in 6 months! That's not like I'm winning a speed record or anything! And I'm not even NEAR the bottom of my weight range for my height!
Geez!
Plus if you look at my fit bit stats, my weight has been very much up and down several times a month, and I'm eating on average 1400 calories a day, which is totally average for someone my height...
Well, that's all I'm venting for today.
Later today I gotta get my work out in before the power company starts curtailing my AC usage and I'm not sure what I'm going to eat today.
Yesterday I had sugary cereal for breakfast and I ended up snacking a lot more than I have been these days...
Damn sugar!
So, we'll see. Till tomorrow!
