Means LOTS of eating challenges! Today we had our last dept meeting of the year - of course we go out to lunch afterwards...
I did well though - had a grilled tuna wrap and nixed the french fries, had a cup of Manhattan clam chowder instead.
Thursday is the faculty lunch in one building and Friday is the faculty lunch in the other building. In that respect, being a traveling teacher sometimes sucks. On the plus side, I don't have to worry about packing lunch either day...
So today I haven't been tracking again - ugh - I know... My food choices have been fine, it's just that I haven't had the drive or initiative to sit down and do it.
I did work out though :o) And I am down a lb. from yesterday so I must be doing something right.
Right now, I need to decide what to make for dinner so that it's reasonable healthy. I am craving mac and cheese with cut up hotdogs (still) but I am still not going to eat that! Maybe I'll make a cheeseburger omelette - one turkey burger (4pts) 1/2 cup egg beaters (1pt) and 1 pouch WW shredded cheese (2pts). Not bad for dinner... But no room for leftovers for the DH...
I have other leftovers for him though... Hmmmm... Eh, I'll go get something from the supermarket. I'll cook! geez!
Okay, so that's all for today. My goal tomorrow is to track my food! I can do it!!!!!!
