Exhausted!

Finally finished packing up both my classrooms - I'm super sleepy now though!

On the plus side, it kept me pretty active today.  Currently my activity is bigger than my sedentary minutes on my fitbit pie chart.  That usually doesn't happen.  Of course, I'll take a nap when I get home and all that will change LOL

So workout this morning was a cardio/sculpt workout.  I forget the name of it but it's from the 3rd Firm system.  The lead is that really skinny blonde.  She's too thin, IMO... It was a good workout - went heavy on the weights except for the second set of biceps.  I did use the heavy weights for the first set though :o)

Food today was good too! Bfast was the usual yogurt, berries, Kashi and banana.  Lunch was leftovers from dinner last night plus carrots and red bell peppers.

I went into the faculty room and didn't eat any of the bagels or brownies! Yay me!  AND - I tracked today !!!!!  Oh that feels good to say!  As of right now I've got 8 points left for dinner tonight - well, technically 7.5 but hey, .5 from my WPA won't kill me!

So that's all I've got.  Tomorrow - iPhone day...  two days to go...
