Okay, so I've totally been a slacker this week. With everything - tracking my points, journaling my days, making better choices...
Maybe it's the whole "last week of school" vibe that's going on right now... But I feel like it's been harder this week to keep my head in the game. At least with food... Yesterday was the faculty lunch in one building. Did okay with the lunch, but totally indulged in the desserts. Today is the faculty lunch in my other building... I choose to indulge :o) Because I know it's just one week and then I'll be right back on track!!!!
As far as exercise, I've stayed right on track. Got up early every day this work week to get in my daily Firm workout. So, if nothing else, I've done that.
And I've been weighing in every morning as well. That hasn't changed either. And even though I'm off track, my weight hasn't been too bad. In fact, it's been down every day this week. Except this morning, I'm up 1.2, but I had chinese food last night for dinner. That's a guaranteed pound every time.
So that's all for today. This weekend is another beach weekend, I think, so I'm going to look through some mags and get some recipes to pack with us. And then, today is the last day of school so I'll be finishing up here and going on my way!! See you... in September... See you... When the summer's through...
