Beer, wine, food, food, and FOOD!
And guess what? I gained NOTHING! Whoo-hoo!!!
Had such a great time this past weekend :) But, for whatever reason, I'm still not entirely back on track. I did work out today, but I haven't been tracking my food today.
For breakfast I had oatmeal and a banana.
For lunch - okay, McDonald's - not great, but I had a kids meal. So at least it wasn't huge portions.
For snack - about a third cup of tuna on whole what crackers, celery, and carrot sticks.
For dinner ... well, not too sure about that one yet. I'm craving mac and cheese with cut up hotdogs though. Weird - must be that time of the month ;o)
But I won't eat that. I had too much indulging this weekend to keep doing it - so I'll come up with something healthy. Maybe some whole wheat pasta with turkey sausage. That's sounds pretty good...
And I can use up my left over turkey sausage from the beach bbq.
Okay, so that's all for now. Sorry it's not more interesting, but I gotta get a move on. Still some chores to do before I make dinner.
