Noticed!

Got three compliments this morning about how I'm lookin' skinny! :o)

That always feels great!

Hard work is paying off!

So this morning I did the FIRM kettlebell work out - I haven't done this one in, like, forever! So, it was a little choppy for me as far as following the choreography.  But it had a good calorie burn - over 300.  And it was something different - I'm glad they are coming out with new videos soon.  I feel like I've done many of them over and over...

Food today is pretty much the same as it's been.  Loving the fresh fruit these days so breakfast was yogurt w/ cereal and fruit.  Lunch is left overs from dinner last night - grilled chicken and corn salsa (I still have a serving and a half left!).

Still haven't decided about dinner.  Gotta look for a good slaw recipe that isn't traditional cole slaw.

I think hungry girl had one actually...

So I haven't tried them yet BUT I finally found the Yoplait Frozen Fruit Smoothies that were on the BL early in the season.  I am totally excited! They sound delish!  The only reason I haven't tried them is b/c a smoothie is usually bfast for me but my hubby sleeps late now that he works from home, and I don't want to wake him up with the blender if I can avoid it.  I'm such a good little wifey!

Maybe I'll try that as my afternoon snack today... Hmmmm...
