Weather is Bringing Me Down

Seriously, I am so sleepy right now... I think I'd like to go back home and take a nap.

So I lost one of the two pounds I gained this weekend with all my partying.  But as long as I don't bloat up during the day today, I should be free at Weight Watchers later on :o)
Yipee!

I know I should probably be more excited, but I"m just so lethargic today...  I only got about 4 1/2 hours of sleep and the weather is pretty pissy.  Blech.

Even so, I did get up to work out this morning.  Total Muscle Shaping.  Made the attempt to heavy up as much as I could, but still had to switch to lighter weight before the end of the set for both biceps and triceps.  Can't do more than 8 hammer curls with 10 lbs. (had to go down to 8) and can't do more than 8 french press with 8 lbs. (had to go down to 5).

Meanwhile, I'd really like a pair of 12's for leg work and back work. I feel that 10's are too easy for those moves most of the time....

So today for breakfast I had oatmeal and a banana, for lunch I have deli turkey on a sandwich thin, carrots, and pretzel thins.

Not sure what's for dinner yet, but I'm pretty beat so it will likely be take out. We'll see.

That's all for now.  I'll report back with the results  of the Weight Watchers weigh in. I hope I'm free. I'm tired of giving them my money...
