Free at last! Thank God Almighty I'm FREE at last!!
Yup, that's right - I didn't have to pay any money at Weight Watchers last night! I am still 1.4 pounds over my official WW goal weight, and I have 7.4 to go before I reach my personal goal weight. And, when I weighed in I was only free by .6 pounds.
So, no time to slack off! No time to lose focus! The time is now!
I've got two weeks till Memorial Day and 6 weeks till schools out. If I lose one pound a week, I'll be pretty close to my goal by the time work is over for the year. I'm hoping for a little faster than that though.
So this morning I did some cardio and breakfast was yogurt with 1/2 cup Kashi GoLean, 1/2 a banana, 4 oz of strawberries and 1 oz of blueberries. Huge and delicious!
Lunch is some deli meat on a sandwich thin with a slice of cheese, carrots, and pretzel thins.
For dinner, I have some salmon that I'm going to poach (and then tomorrow I can flake it and have some salmon salad on a bagel thin for lunch) and I have to stop at the supermarket to get some asparagus.
Then, tomorrow, I can chop the asparagus and mix it with some pasta for dinner! Yum!
So that's it for today. Focus, focus, focus is my mantra these days! I'll check back in tomorrow!
