Like it's 1989!
Whoo! Had such a blast Saturday night!!! We danced the night away for 4 hours!!
And then we woke up and had breakfast at the diner - now I know that doesn't have to be a disaster, but of course I had banana pancakes with a little butter, syrup and a strip of bacon.
I ate all my points for the day at breakfast -which leaves the question ... now what? lol!
Well, I tracked all those points (yup, all 21 of them) and then I reminded myself that one meal doesn't ruin a week so I got right back on track with a healthy lunch and I know I will have a healthy dinner as well.
I always try to get back on track at the next meal - not the next day - this way you get your focus back quick and you don't end up sabotaging everything.
Plus, I figure I earned 10 activity points dancing (though I counted those towards yesterday's drinks and obligatory drunken 7-11 buttered roll.
Now I did have a workout planned for today but as I got home around 4 I don't know that I'll get to it. I still have to do laundry for the week and such. Plus, I'm tuckered out from dancing, being a little hung over, and traveling to and from Jersey...
Tomorrow, back on track!
So that's all I've got for the weekend. Looking forward to the week. Hoping that my weigh in at weight watchers goes well. As of Saturday morning I was at my WW goal weight, but after breakfast this morning ... well, who knows... I didn't weigh myself on my sister's scale. You gotta use the same scale to be consistent...
