Seriously! This was a long week!!!!
And I'm soooooooooooo looking forward to the weekend!!!
Can't wait to get my dance groove on, drink my drink up, and party with my sister on the lower east side tomorrow night!!
So - this week went pretty well as far as food, exercise and points.
First, I changed my weigh in day and start of the week to sunday instead of Monday. I take saturday as a rest day and from my exercise schedule it just made more sense for me to figure it out that way.
So this week I ate about 5 flex points a day - tomorrow is my last day of the week and I have four points left. Although it was tempting to use them today for a second glass of wine, I resisted the temptation and decided to save them for tomorrow.
I worked out every day that I had planned to, including going to kick boxing.
Kickboxing today was really tough. There were only three of us in the class today and we are all pretty fit, so of course the sensei really challenged us...
But it will be well worth it when I lose a little more weight!
Speaking of - down below 130 again :) 129.4 today. So that's 1.4 pounds till I'm at my WW goal weight, and 7.4 pounds to my personal goal.
I like 122. I have a picture of myself at a Valentines Day party (don't ask about the napkin) - not only do I feel like I look good, I have never gotten more complements on my appearance than in that picture or that set of photos for that matter. I weighed 122 that day :)
Not too bad, huh?
I like to call this pic "No photos, please!"
At one point (when I was going through some very emotional personal problems) I'd lost a lot of weight and got down to 115, but I think that's not only way impossible to maintain, I really was way too thin at that weight...
But this <------------------------------ I think is pretty hot.
So that's all I've got for now. I'll check in likely after the weekend - Not sure I'll feel up to it or have time tomorrow or Sunday.
