Lunch!

Was greek food! Ah! Way too many points!  I am giving myself 5 for dinner to make up for the fact that I've already used my daily points for the day (and then some).

So for dinner I did stick to about 5 points - well... 5.5
Italian seasoned chicken, baked potato and green giant broccoli spears in butter sauce.

All in all reasonably tasty.

What stinks is I had dogeared 4 recipes in my Weight Watchers magazine and the supermarket was missing  at least one key ingredient to make each one so I had to come up with something healthy and quick.

Sometimes I love living in the smaller towns of Southampton, other times it's a right pain in the ass!!!

Well, at any rate, that's all I got for today.  Been pretty sedentary- sitting in a meeting all morning, then lunch, then a nap, then dinner. Now I'm back on the couch again.

That's okay - tomorrow will hopefully be better!
