BROKEN!
129.8!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Haven't been in the 120's since about a year ago!! Very excited.
I know it doesn't seem like it, but I'm not actually getting too excited because I still have to get through Saturday night and all it's coconut martini madness - however, I am going to relish it while I can!]]
So yesterday I used two flex points. I forgot to track a cup of fresh fruit that I'd had at the faculty breakfast, and, of course, I had to have my sweet treat with tea.
Today I am walking and probably going to kick boxing. Not a lot of people can make it today - we only have three - so sensei may decide to cancel altogether. We shall see...
Today I had yogurt w/ Kashi and Strawberries. And I had a little fresh fruit at the faculty breakfast.
For lunch I had leftovers from dinner last night (tuna salad!) and a pear.
Gotta find something for dinner still...
You know, I think if Kickboxing is cancelled I'm going to go home and work out - maybe 500 Calorie Workout or Bootcamp Max Calorie Burn.
Both of those burn a lot of calories - not as much as kickboxing, but still good enough - and I'll feel better about Saturday night. That or I'll do it Saturday morning... NO - tonight! Otherwise I'll never do it! LOL
Okay, so that's all I've got for today - My students will be arriving from lunch in a few minutes so I've got to get ready for them.
Till tomorrow...
(T-minus 32 hours and 40 minutes to coconut martinis!!!)
