So last night I realized that between the flex points I still had and my activity points for the week I had 46 extra points.
So I spent an extra 4 flex points on chinese food for dinner. :o)
I also gained .4 pounds from the water retention, but that is to be expected. I'll need to drink a lot of water today to flush out. That's always to be expected when eating Chinese food.
So for tonight I have an extra 42 points to eat out. I know I will be going over that but, like I said, I will count breakfast, and lunch, and tomorrow I will not use any flex points at all.
But tonight - there are no points! Only coconut martini goodness!!
I may workout today - I'm not too sore from kickboxing last night - But kickboxing is usually a full 24 hour delayed soreness. I probably won't feel it until tonight, which means I should probably work out soon so I don't feel it ;o)
