Yesterday...

I burned twice as many calories as I ate.

Yup. You read that right. I had an 1192 calorie deficit yesterday. I ate 1186.

Suh-wheet!!!!!

So far (except for Monday when I ate out) I am doing very well with my planning on eating only my daily points and not dipping into my weekly.

Today may be a bit more of a challenge. I may need to use a half a point for my evening treat w/ tea.

And I am NOT yet dipping into the girl scout cookies! Maybe next week. I'll have to see how I do.

So as of this morning, if I weighed in at WW at the same weight, I would NOT be paying for meetings anymore! Whoo hoo!

If I'm down again tomorrow, I am definitley going to find a meeting somewhere to weigh in so that I'm free for the rest of May :o)

No matter what happens on Saturday ;o)

Ah, Honu... Sooooooo looking forward to dinner!!! And coconut martinis... mmmmmmmmm......

I'm drooling a little just thinking about it!! LOL

But, I think that's what makes WW a lifestyle choice. I know that I am going to indulge on Saturday and that's okay. I've planned for it and I've mentally prepared for it and I know that Sunday morning I will get right back on track.

I can live like this because it's flexible.

The reason why I gained so much of my weight back is becaue I allowed myself to indulge way too often and I didn't really stay focused on what I was putting into my mouth. I also didn't stay focused on my fitness and I stopped working out for a while. Now I'm back to six days a week, not counting my lunch time walks on Mon, Wed and Fri (weather permitting).

It feels good to be heading in the right direction and to be working towards my goals.

I have gotten a couple of compliments in the last couple of days too. I wonder if it's because of my new hair that people are also noticing the 10 lbs I lost...

Hmmmm...

Well, I suppose that's all for now. I have find something to make for dinner. I found a shrimp/corn salad that will help me use up some of the sour cream and guacamole I bought yesterday to make burritos (hey, it was cinco de mayo! how can you not eat mexican?) Plus, it's only 5 points. Which, I all I have left for today. Problem w/ left over burritos for lunch is that they are a dinner sized portion and therefore more points. More points for lunch means less points for dinner. But this recipe sounded good, so I'll give it at try.

Peace out suckahs!
