Yeah, I've been so slacking off with my eating and tracking of food.
And I'm up another .4 today.
So, I went online, went back and tracked yesterday and I'm tracking today.
Hopefully that will be a step in the right direction!
I have to weigh in @ weight watchers in a little while as well. I hope that the scale there is similar to what it was this morning.
If so, I should only show a slight gain.
But still. It's frustrating to me to see my progress slip because of my own bad behavior. I should know better. I've been doing this for 10 years for crying out loud :P
So that's my story. I have to go weigh in now. I am remaining hopeful :)
