Had some pizza for dinner last night - I get salad slices. They are probably as many calories as the regular cheese (dressing and blue cheese on each slice) but it makes me feel better :)
So I ate oatmeal for breakfast, salad for lunch. Going to walk during my break.
Worked out this morning - cardio - Ultimate Calorie Blaster.
Used the 5 lb. weights instead of the the 3's. Totally doable. Three's have been too easy for too long now :o)
Feeling good about being back in the swing of things!
Short post for today, but that's all I got!
