Vacation weight is gone!!
Weighed in this AM at only .2 higher than where I left before Disney World! Sometimes you just need to get back in your routine :)
Didn't start my detox today b/c I didn't feel up to doing a big food shopping trip yesterday. Today is Weight Watchers. I am going to try to shop either before or after my meeting so that I can be done with it and start tomorrow. Even though I lost the weight, I ate a LOT of crap while I was away (Churros!!!! MMMMMM) and I'd like to flush my system you know?
OK, so, Disney stats! I plugged my pedometer in yesterday and got the following details: In an average day I walked between 8-10 miles a day. Each day I went over 20,000 steps (many days were 24,000) and actually spent less than half my day sedentary. It's a real testiment to the kind of food and drink I consume down there to have that level of activity and still gain a couple of pounds in a week! LOL
But I thought that was pretty cool to see. I always wondered how much I walk while I'm down there. Going back in August and I'll see if it's any different what with the heat and the rain and all... I'll also be down there longer so I'll be able to see if I walk a little less. We had a shorter trip and I was sick for a day so we did a lot to make up for lost time and tried to cram in as much stuff as possible!
So I think that's it for today. I'm excited for a lot of things going on tonight... Weight Watchers, then my weekly Tuesday call w/ my sister and aunt to talk 24 (BEST show in TV! OMG what a week!), then Idol and Biggest Loser! Whoo hoo!
