I"m Back!!!

Home from vacation and only gained 2 lbs.!  That's soooo doable as far as getting those back off again!!

So, the plan - 7 day detox starting tomorrow.  Back to FIRMing as of tomorrow.

The 7 day diet plan is 1400 calories per day, and I know I'll lose a few pounds, but I think if I cut back to 1200 per day I'll drop faster.  I know that the diet did feel like I was eating a lot, so if I cut back a bit, it should still be okay...

I'll also have to print out a workout calendar for the month.  And of course, I'll be going back to kick boxing on Fridays! Whoo hoo!!!

So that's my quickie update.  I'll be back soon.  I have to sync my pedometer so I can give some details about my activity over vacation (sooooo curious to see how much I really walked!).

I also had a stomach flu half way through the week, so that definitely kept my eating and drinking down from what it could've been.
