LOL!
We had a faculty breakfast this morning with some baked goods and I did indulge in a taste of each! But it definitely wasn't as bad as it could've been...
But now for the rest of the day I vow to be back on track. Just ate an orange for a snack. And I have leftovers and carrots/celery for lunch.
I bought the new Vitamin Water Zero - it's sweetened naturally with erythritol and stevia instead of splenda. I hope it tastes good. I love the Sobe Zero Life Water, so I am hopeful that this is similar.
I AM going to kick boxing today though so hopefully it will burn some of the calories I ate at breakfast this morning!!!
And then tomorrow I am going on vacation! Yipee!!!
I can't wait!!!
No weight change today - so that's good. I'll weigh in one more time tomorrow morning when I wake up - this way I have a baseline to judge how much I gained on vacation.
Then, the week I get back I'm going to do another clean eating detox week. This way I will hopefully lose the lbs I gained in that first week.
So that's that! I'm also going to charge up my pedometer so that I can keep track of how much I really walk around in Disney! I'd be curious... The first day that we're there, the park is open till 2 AM for Dis Resort Guests, so I think I'll do quite a few miles that day! LOL!
So that's it! I won't be checking in till after vacation! Have a great week to all that read this!!!
