I am slowly and steadily losing the chinese food weight. Funny how it goes on overnight but takes three days to lose!
So far today I've been pretty lazy. I am planning on doing a cardio today, but I'm just taking my sweet time getting around to it. It's much more comfortable to sit on the sofa with a good book, my cat, and a cup of coffee!
But I will get there...
For breakfast today I had fat free vanilla yogurt with a little Fiber One and a banana. I know, I know, nutrasweet - but I paid for the box and I feel obligated to finish it. And I do like the taste. But it's weird, now that I know there's nutrasweet, I can totally taste it. I didn't really taste it before I knew it was in there.
But I know it's there...
I wish more companies would get on board with the natural stevia based sweeteners. Even though they're not the pure stevia - it's better than that artificial crap.
I LOVE Trop50 - the new light OJ from Tropicana. And SoBe 0 Calorie Lifewater is freakin awesome!
Last night there was a raging storm here, so we stayed in for dinner and rented a couple of movies. I had some leftover fajita filling so I made burritos. Not sure what I'll make today... I was watching Rachael Ray make Lamb patties w/ yogurt sauce. That sounded pretty good. I'm sure I can take her recipe and lighten it up significantly. I know that EVOO is her catch phrase, but seriously, you don't need a half a cup to make salad dressing!!
So that's the story today. Still .4 away from breaking the 135 barrier. But I know it will come!!
Happy Sunday :)
