Do a little dance...

With the numbers on the scale...

Up and down, up and down, like an elevator.  Not reaching my destination, not reaching my goals.

Maybe it's partly because I weigh myself every morning so I see those little changes and fluctuations.  I did log my weight on WW and the change from this week to last week is 1 pound - which is nothing to scoff at - but I still feel like it should be more.

I also did take advantage of the fact that it was the weekend and I had a TON of Weekly Points left - so I splurged on hot cocoa w/ marshmallows both Saturday and Sunday night.

Too much extra sugar maybe?

I also missed kick boxing on Friday and did not take the time to make up for that on Friday morning or at any time all day Saturday.  Which is pretty pathetic because it was like, torrential rain on Saturday and I did not leave the house really at all.

I did work out yesterday and this morning - Cardio Dance Fusion yesterday and 500 Calorie Workout this morning (and according to my HRM it actually burned 533!).

For food - yesterday I made a lightened up version of a couple of greek Rachael Ray recipes.  For breakfast today I had oatmeal w/ LF granola.  For lunch, left overs.  For dinner - probably more left overs.  Maybe I'll crumble the lamb patties and mix them w/ sauce and pasta...  hmmm...
