So the good news is, I haven't really gained any new weight in the last half a month or so.
The bad news is that I am still on average about four pounds heavier than I'd like to be.
I have been good about exercise but terrible about tracking (though today, so far, I've tracked everything).
I've been better during the week (though not great by any stretch) and terrible on the weekends.
I've been riding the weekend roller coaster for months...
What's frustrating is that I know it's my own behavior that is holding me back from my goals, I am just choosing to not behave that way.
Maybe I need to make the effort to go back to weight watchers meetings consistently.
What am I saying? Maybe? Ha! Yeah right, DEFINITELY!
Okay, that settles it. I have a faculty meeting after work tomorrow anyway. I'm going to Weight Watchers!
Wow - even just saying that helps me to feel a little better :o)
Now, I'm going to put it in my calendar so I don't forget it!
So, I guess that's all for now. Been hard to check in now that I'm no longer on summer vacation - but I'm going to try to do better.
