Ah ha moment!

So, Tuesday this week I was really bad w/ my food choices.

I had McDonald's for lunch, then ate Chinese food for dinner.

Then, Wednesday morning I woke up at 5 AM to work out.

Ugh - getting up early is so annoying! But, I do it to be healthy.  That's when it hit me...

Why am I suffering, waking up before the sun to work out, if I'm just going to negate that with what I put in my mouth.

AH HA!

So, that philosophy has helped me to really focus on my eating habits.

Don't get me wrong, I am still eating over my points this week - but it's been better.  And even on the days I ate way too much (ahem, McDonald's & Chinese in one day) I've been tracking.  Which is good.

And, I've lost all the weight I gained over the long weekend at the beach, so I'm back to where I was a week ago.  :)

We shall see what happens this weekend at the beach, but at least I'm starting from a decent place :)

So that's my moment!
