Woah.....

Okay, so there are SEVERAL contributing factors here:

1) Totally indulgent weekend

2) TOM

3) Chinese food for dinner

So, from Friday morning I gained 3.2 pounds! Yikes!!!!!  OMG!!!!

I went from 1 pound to go, back to 4 pounds to go.  This is depressing....

But, no worries.  This morning I went back to my usual breakfast of yogurt and berries.  In a little bit I'm going to do upper body from BSS 2 and abs - also from BSS2 (I figure while I got the equipment out...). Kinda wish I'd put a hardcore calorie burn on the calendar today.  I know building muscle burns more calories at rest and everything, but after this weekend I could really use the aerobics...

I'm having lunch w/ some friends - I'm told she's got salad and grilled chicken.  I'll have to find out what's on the chicken, and hopefully the dressing's on the side...  I'm going to bring the leftover pasta salad from the beach this weekend, but I'll only have a little (truthfully I've eaten a lot of it this weekend and I'm kinda done with it).  And I also have left over fruit salad, that I'll have for dessert!

So, my friend has a pool - looks like I'll be wearing the tankini today! LOL!  But, I'll try and get some activity in there as well!  Though right now they are saying that Tstorms are going to pass through the area, so I'm not sure how much swimming we'll get in...

Three pounds....  Geez....

Just goes to show though that I have to be the kind of person that is constantly watching what I eat.  DH has been a little worried about his weight as well.  I've noticed some things he's been changing in the way he eats.  I'll have to make sure I cook dinner more often.
