Well, one day of being totally back on track and I lost 1.6 - not too shabby. Still 1.6 away from where I was Friday though... and that's a full 2.0 from my lowest so far this summer...
Wish I wasn't so keen on cheating on the weekends LOL!
But, it is what it is - can't go back and change it - all I can do is keep moving forward. So that's what I'll do :o)
Yesterday for dinner I made great mexican mini-pizzas! Four small fajita size tortillas, top each with 1/4 cup fat free refried beans, 1/4 of chicken mix (take 6 oz shredded chicken breast and prepare with 2 tbs. of taco seasoning, and 2/3 cup of water), 2 tbs. shredded cheddar. Stick it under the broiler till cheese melts and the edges of the tortillas crisp up. Top each with 1 tbs. reduced fat sour cream, 1 tbs. of guacamole, and 1 tbs. salsa. Yum!!! 5 points each!
This morning was yogurt w/ blueberries, cereal and a banana (I ran out of strawberries). For lunch and dinner the next few days I have lots of left overs to use up... so I've gotta get creative! But I'm sure I'll figure something out!
So that's food - onto workouts...
Yesterday I waited too long to work out - and I didn't have time to do both DVD's I planned on. I did the Upper Body Sculpt but didn't get to the Abs. By the time I got home, made dinner, etc, I was wrecked.
I have two scheduled today - a cardio and a lower body/abs.
Tomorrow I have a cardio scheduled - so maybe I'll do it tomorrow...
Ah well.
That's it for today. Till tomorrow...
