Two Days...

Back on track and BAM!

Lost another 2.2 baby!  Whoo!!!  Lowest yet this summer! 121.6!

Freakin' awesome!!!!

So, today, I haven't gotten my workout in yet and it's about 4 PM - lazy for me. But I'm going to get going right after this blog post.  Today is a 40 minute cardio - plus I'll probably do the Abs workout I didn't have time for earlier this week on Monday :o)

Breakfast was oatmeal (plain!) made with milk and I added cinnamon, walnuts and a banana.  And a packet of sweetener.  I know - not really "clean" eats, but I can't quite stomach the plain oatmeal without the sweetener - not yet.  I hope to get there soon though!

Lunch was left over steak on a bagel thin w/ 1/4 cup egg beaters and a slice of reduced fat cheese.  And for dinner I'm making chicken salad, which I'll put in a wrap with some lettuce, tomato and sprouts that I have left over from making thai food the other night.

I have some shredded carrot slaw that I'm not sure what to do with either. I'm thinking I still have a little steak, maybe I'll make some Asian salad thing with some salad dressing...  Mmmm, maybe for lunch tomorrow?

Okay, I gotta work out though.  I can tell if I don't do it right now, I'm going to take a nap and skip it all together and that's unacceptable.
