gained 1.4 overnight! blech!
well, probably not really. yesterday i was probably dehydrated from the tequila the night before so my number was probably depressed yesterday ... but still - it's depressing...
No matter, today is a new day and I've been on track all day.
Food - good.
Workout - good.
Gotta keep on keepin on I guess!
That's all for today. Gotta get in the shower and then go food shopping for the weekend. Spending Sat night in Sag Harbor for the fireworks. Then Sunday is BIL's birthday. Then Monday... we gotta figure out Monday. Maybe a BBQ... don't know for sure...
Next week I gotta get a hair cut and a wax, busy, busy, busy.
Finished one book of 8 eight for summer reading. I think next I'll tackle a non-fic. Mabye disney war. I know laying on the beach reading isn't very active, but it suits me just fine :o)
Won't be checking in over the holiday weekend as I'll be super busy and on the boat away from the computer. But I'll be back to report the damage assessment from the 4th!
