So, I have been tracking EVERYTHING I eat - and drink - I mean everything!
And, because I use Weight Watchers online tracker to do this, it does the math for me automatically. And so I've used all my daily points each day this weekend, plus used all my weekly points, plus used all my activity points...
And now, in my tracker window, there's a big RED -2 !!!
That's okay though :) I've been stepping on the scale every morning and it's not so bad. Actually, I lost a pound since yesterday - so even though I've been up and down a lot the last few days, I'm still in the right range (somewhere between 123 and 124).
I'd still like to get down to 121... but it's been too easy to indulge these days! Plus, I've got a girls night out coming up this friday night!
So, I've decided to use weekends as my rest days from workouts. Being on the boat all weekend, there's just not enough time.
Though I could squeeze in a work out today - we tried to go out yesterday to spend the night in Sag Harbor and watch the fireworks, but on the way out we started having some engine trouble. We ended up having to turn around and go back home using only one engine. So my vision for the weekends was shot.
But, the boat wasn't damaged (I hope) no one was hurt and I got some good sleep last night.
I think I'm going to go back to keeping this blog private. I know nobody really reads it and it's really more for myself. Just a place to have a journal to record my thoughts, feelings, struggles, etc...
So that's that. Happy 4th!
