Fireworks in the backyard, turkey burgers on the grill... awesome!
Even indulged in a bit of chocolate ice cream cake to celebrate my brother in law's birthday - AND lost .2 on the scale this morning!
Yay!
So today I had some oatmeal for breakfast with granola and a banana.
Lunch, was left over spaghetti and meatballs - a little high in points, but not totally unreasonable.
And I have 7 points left today for dinner. I'm thinking tuna macaroni salad... mmmm...
Something light and easy. I think I have macaroni to cook... I'll have to look...
Also got in my workouts today - Jiggle Free Arms and Rock Solid Cardio.
Why is it that Jiggle Free Arms makes my arms feel like Jell-O?? Ironic, isn't it??
So that was my fourth of july weekend. All in all, challenging, but nothing that I couldn't handle. Just made good choices when I could, indulged when I felt like it...
