Love it!

Love how the weekend gain melted away this week!

Whoo hoo! Back to where I was on Friday morning! Suh-wheet!

Sadly, though, I did not work out yesterday.  I know, I know! Bad!!! Bad!!! Bad!!!

So now I have to push back my schedule for the week by a day and get up early on Saturday to work out :( boo!

That's okay though...

Actually bought a new FIRM workout for this week! Whoo hoo!  It's called Calorie Explosion! I originally had Cardio Overdrive on the schedule for this week, so I'll just replace it with this one.  It seems like a cardio DVD - the description on the back calls for light dumbells ... That's usually a cardio in FIRM world.

So that's that! I am going to work out right now! So no excuses to skip today!
