Good Weekend!

Between Friday and today I only gained 1.2 - not bad at all :o)

Food was easy - drinks were hard - ice cream was DE-LISH!

Mmmmmm, moose tracks!

So I  am back on track - which seems to be my habit this summer - strict Mon - Thu. Indulge on the weekend. Repeat.

But my weight is staying relatively steady.  So I guess I'm doing something right.

Breakfast today was actually cereal and berries b/c I ran out of yogurt and haven't gone food shopping yet!

Lunch will probably be a turkey sandwich.

Dinner tonight - I'll have to find something... I have some chicken in the freezer, maybe I'll make some teriyaki chicken and some "asian carrot slaw" (or basically carrot slaw w/ asian dressing)

Workout today is Total Sculpt from BSS 1 - but I have to go to Sam's first to get some more bottled water so that I can work out.

So that's Monday.
