Happy Friday!!!

So excited that it's Friday!!!

One - good work out planned today! Fat Blasting Cardio and 5-Day Abs (not sure why it's called 5-Day Abs - do the abs only last for five days? Does it take 5 days to finish the workout? Do I need to do it five days in a row? Does it take 5 days to feel the burn?)

Two - My sister's comin in from Jersey! Dinner and a movie! Whoo-hoo!

Three - weekend is shaping up nice weather wise so it looks like it will be a good boat weekend after all! I'm thinking we try Sag Harbor again - maybe we'll have better luck getting there this time! LOL!

So food today is pretty much as it's been - yogurt and berries for breakfast.  Chicken salad for lunch (I'm out of wraps though - I'm gonna have to use some other kind of bread). And dinner will probably be Chili's.  I have to check their menu again, but I think I'll order the same thing as last time.  It was freakin' delicious and it was pretty low points.  I think 10?  I'll have to see...

So that's all I got for today.  It's nearly noon, so I'm out!  Till Monday...
