Interesting results...

When I eat Chinese food I always gain at least a pound on the scale the next day but this morning I was down .8!

Which leads me to believe that I would've been down more had I not eaten the Chinese food...

So maybe my alcohol weight is coming off as fast as I'd hoped it would :o)

So why do I eat chinese food so often? Well, it really comes down to the days when I'm just too exhausted to cook dinner.

Yesterday, however, was a different scenario - I think I may have had a mild migraine headache.  It wasn't painful, but I couldn't focus my eyes on anything and I saw auras around every light.  It was really annoying.  But not painful - which is why I say it was mild.  In fact, it was super mild.  But it definitely wasn't just a regular headache.  The best way I can describe it - it felt like my eyeballs were too big for my eye lids.

But today I woke up and I felt fine.  Although sitting at the computer for a while now is making my eyes feel a little funny again.  I wonder if I just need to limit how much time I spend online...

Well - on to my weight loss journey -

Woke up this AM and did Slim N Trim.  This workout is fun, but at times I feel like the choreography is a little fast for 5 AM - and I am a little clumsy.  There's this one set where you lunge and dip while raising the weighted ball over your head and raising your knee between the lunge and the dip.  And it moves so fast I feel as though I'm flailing about a bit.  I had to take it down a notch and do the beginner modification.  Otherwise I'd be all over the place and probably hurt myself!

Food today has been good too - French Vanilla yogurt with granola for breakfast (I know, I know, none of that is low sugar, but I have to finish the yogurt and I haven't had time to go food shopping and buy fresh fruit so I used the granola.)  For lunch, apple, carrots and grape tomatoes with hummus, and an Arbonne protein shake.  11 grams of sugar in that.  So far today, I've had my daily intake of sugar plus... 45 grams.  Yikes...

Well, I know I won't have sugar in my dinner but for dessert I will have one small treat - a mini cake or a cookie or something...  I gotta get the sugar out of the house. That's the only real answer there...

Ah well, I'm at least trying to be more aware of it :o)

So that's my diet/workout for today.  More tomorrow...
