So, I think I've been doing everything right, I think I've been sticking to my points and workouts, and yet my weight hasn't budged for three days and then when it does it goes UP???
WTF??
Okay, okay, I know it's only a half a pound (actually .4) but seriously, what's up with that? I mean, really?
So, I'm frustrated.
And I know it's not my monthly cycle because that was last week! My hydration level was up this AM though... I wonder if that has anything to do with it. Maybe I am retaining water... Hmmmm, time for a drink, I think.
But anyway - workout today will be the usual Friday kickboxing with the girls from work. Very cool.
Food - leftovers from last night for lunch, and yogurt with fruit and cereal for breakfast...
So, you know how I was saying I want to cut out most of the added sugars that I'm eating? Well, I have a large container of yogurt in the fridge - french vanilla flavor - that I want to finish so it doesn't go to waste. I know flavored yogurt has a lot of added sugar but HOLY CROW 32 grams per serving!!!! That's almost as much as a can of soda for crying out loud!!!!
I read that and thought, "Maybe I should let it go to waste!"
The plain version has only 15 grams of sugar, but it's all natural sugar. So that's 17 grams of added sugar in the french vanilla variety. Geez!
Well, I guess that's all for today. Hopefully the rest of the weekend will be fine. Lots of work left to do on the boat, but hopefully we'll have it in the water before the weekend is over.
