Why is it so tasty??? Every time I eat it - even when I totally have enough points for it - I gain a pound over night!!! Geez!!!
But what's weird, is that people always say it's because of water retention, but when I measured my body fat/hydration, my body fat increased from yesterday and my hydration stayed the same.
You'd think it'd be the other way around if it were water retention....
Hmmmmm....
Anyway, I've got a busy day today. I have to work out, fix my tail light, and get some more laundry done...
Then I have to get down to the boat to help my DH install some new electronics...
It's gonna be an interesting day!
