walked...

an 11 minute mile today at lunch! Not too bad!

So, yesterday and today are back on track.  Worked out yesterday and today with the FIRM. Then today at lunch I walked.

Breakfast this morning was plain oatmeal made with skim milk plus strawberries and a couple of tablespoons of chopped walnuts.

Lunch was a chicken wrap - I used the left over homemade citrus aioli I made last night with dinner.  Plus some grapes and some almonds.

For dinner I just have a frozen entree.  DH is in the city tonight for work and will be home late so I'm planning on that frozen dinner so I won't be tempted by take out!

So, my eating has been clean and healthy as well.  I'm hoping to quickly get back to where I was before my disastrous weekend.

Although, I log my weight weekly on WW website - and according to the week to week measure, I am down 1 lb.  But in my mind I know I was down two earlier...

I guess that's the disadvantage of weighing daily - but I'm a little obsessed.  It's sort of like wearing my fitbit or my heart rate monitor when I work out.  I am so used to knowing that kind of data I feel kinda frustrated when I don't know for sure about my calories or steps or whatever.

I think that this weekend I will really try really hard to stay on track so all my effort mon-friday isn't wasted.  And I am hopeful that the scale will continue to tip in my favor tomorrow at weight watchers.

I think I'll eat my activity points today as well. Maybe I'll try to eat only activity points and no flex points this week and see how my week goes.

Everyone is different I suppose...
