Okay, so we went out for Mexican.
Consider the 600 calories I burned kickboxing as obliterated!
Yep, there were margaritas, tortilla chips and quesadillas!
But, I lost .2 lbs! At least since Thursday. I forgot to weigh in yesterday...
So today I am getting back on track (how many times a week do I say that? LOL).
Each day is a new day.
Each meal is a new opportunity to make a better choice!
So far today I had instant oatmeal made with milk with a little LF granola and a banana.
Lunch was yogurt with Kashi cereal and strawberries.
So far today - 10 points. 9 to go.
I'd work out again to burn some more calories but my body is soooooo sore from kickboxing yesterday.
So that's my story.
Still haven't gotten my focus back 100% - but I am doing what I can and I know that it could be worse.
I don't think I've lost my vision, but it had definitely gotten hazy.
Vision board? Maybe that's the answer. Maybe that's what I'll do today...
Don't know, but I'll see...
