Forgetful

Forgot to post yesterday, forgot to weigh myself this morning...

I'm a disaster!

So I've been tracking everything I'm eating even though some days I'm going way over. So far I haven't used up all my weekly points (though I only have a few left) and I've been eating my activity points everyday.

My goal was to try  and eat only activity points and no flex, but this week was super busy and I found myself in dire need of starbucks because I couldn't take any naps.  I did get a good nap in yesterday :o)

Two and a half hours!

And today I get to sleep in because I work out after work at kickboxing instead of waking up early to do it.  I also don't shower in the morning because I don't like to take two showers a day (wasteful) and I will definitely need a shower after kickboxing!!

So that's all I have time for.  I have to pack up and change.

I'll try to check in this weekend. Eating out w/ a friend tonight - going to do my best to stay on track!
