Some how - and I'm not sure how - I weighed in this morning down 1.6!!!!! That not only broke the 135 barrier, but plowed right past it!!!! I actually shut the scale off, turned it back on and tried again just to be sure because I couldn't believe it!
So that 3 lbs to go before I don't have to pay Weight Watchers money for every meeting, but still about 10 lbs. to go before I reach my personal goal.
I usually try to keep my personal goal about 5 lbs. less than my WW goal. This way if I give myself a "cheat" day I don't have to pay at a meeting.
But yeah - wow!
So this morning I did the old school Cardio Sculpt workout - I like that one a lot. And I made sure I used my 5, 8, and 10 weights. Which is a little heavier than I have been lifting. Last year when I let my workouts dwindle down to nothing and let my weight creep back up I lost a lot of muscle mass. It took a while before I felt strong enough to go back to using the heavier weights. Today it almost felt too easy! Time to buy a set of 12 pounders!!!
I also remembered to pack my sneakers so I can walk after I scarf down a quick lunch :)
Food today - Quaker Instant Apple/Cinn oatmeal w/ Low Fat granola. Banana for a snack. For lunch, leftover tabbouleh and a 100 cal mini bagel w/ some Laughing Cow French Onion cheese. For dinner - I still have some left over lamb burgers so I'll probably have one those on whole wheat bun with some hummus as a dressing.
So that's all for now. I'll likely check in tomorrow! If you're reading this from the northeast, enjoy the sunny, spring weather!!!
