HRM I think.
It all started a while ago. It would take a long time to get a signal from the chest strap, or the chest strap would lose its signal in the middle of a work out. Then it wouldn't get a signal at all.
So I thought - ah ha! It's the battery! I'll replace it and I'll be good to go!
But it's still dropping the signal right in the middle of my workout all the time!
Like today - I look down and it's reading "0" - so while I'm trying to step touch I'm wiggling the damn thing under my bra trying to get it back.
Then at the end it said I burned 377 calories - but did I??? I have no idea how long it was out for. I probably burned over 400.
Technology! Grr! It's supposed to make your life easier, but in the end it just frustrates the hell out of you!!
On the up side - no weight change today :o) That's good because I was worried that large drop yesterday was the result of dehydration and that I'd gain it all back or something.
No new food to report today - I've been trying to use up leftovers so I've been eating the same food I made on Sunday all week. I don't think I'll be making anymore recipes that serve six people. DH doesn't eat leftovers so I end up eating the same meal five times in a week. It's pretty depressing.
Got a cardio workout in this morning so felt good about that. Didn't get to walk during lunch b/c I had to return a phone call and it took longer than I thought.
But tomorrow is kickboxing!! Awesome :o) Sensei Bobby kicks ass - but in a totally good calorie-burning-I'm-gonna-feel-this-in-the-morning kind of way!
Have a nice Thursday!
