Watching Biggest Loser

And can't help but love this show! So inspirational!

So, down today - that's good :)  It was a surprise as well - I had pizza for dinner last night and was sure that would sabotage my efforts.  But it's still not past that dreaded 135 barrier.  I was so close last week!  But, my consequences are the result of my own choices. So when I have a bad day I just have to pick up and try again tomorrow.  I'll get there eventually :)   I've done it before and I'll do it again.

Maybe not next week though - TOM :(

Didn't make it to weight watchers today. I wasn't feeling too well at work - I must've eaten something that didn't agree with me.  All day I felt very - well... - gassy.  I know, that's unattractive, but it is what it is.  And if I'm bloated, it's probably not the best day to weigh in...

Did okay with my points today as well.  Only used two Weekly Allowance points (I used a lot yesterday though so I have to watch the rest of the week!) And that includes my daily one point hostess 100 calorie cupcakes!

Did Advanced Cardio Blast this morning - definitely a good sweat! But short - I had to get out of the house early for work so I could gas up the cooper.  Normally I'd throw another short workout on top of that (abs or something) but not today.  And tomorrow should be beautiful! I'm sooooo bringing my sneakers so i can walk at lunch.  I looked at my pedometer stats from last week - we walked, on average, 3 MPH - but I know I can do better.  When I focus, I can do a 15 minute mile easily.  I guess cause we walk w/ friends we sometimes talk more that we walk! LOL!  Yet - it's better than nothing!!!!

Yay fitness!!!  Yay healthy eating!!!

Ah, it's sooooooo close to being warm enough to put the top down!  Can't wait for the weather to be just a bit warmer!!!  And then, so soon, it will time for spring break!!! Oh, I can't wait! 8 more work days!!
