Dinner Last Night

Okay, so check out the rockin pizza I made last night for dinner:

Goat Cheese Pizza
POINTS® value 4
Servings 6
Main Meals I season the spinach/tomato mix with salt, pepper, dried oregano, and red pepper flakes to taste.

Ingredients
1 Boboli Whole Wheat Thin Crust Pizza Crust
1 bag (6 oz) baby spinach
2 medium plum tomato(es)
4 oz goat cheese
1 Tbsp olive oil
4 clove garlic clove(s)

Instructions
Preheat the oven according to Boboli package directions.
Heat oil over low heat.
Mince garlic and add to hot oil.
Chop tomatoes and add to garlic.
Crank the heat to medium and cook until tomatoes are warm.
Add spinach and cook until wilted.
Remove spinach/tomato mix from heat and spread evenly over Boboli crust.
Crumble goat cheese over the top and put in the oven for 12-15 minutes until cheese is lightly brown.

Yum! I put this through the recipe builder on the WW website using the nutrition info from the packages, so the points should be accurate.

Oh it is soooooo good!
