Well, I was doing very well this past week...
Until last night.
Total over indulgence.
Bottle of wine. Check.
Bread, butter, sea salt. Check.
Steak dinner (actually that one wasn't too bad - under 400 calories for the whole steak and salad!). Check.
Chocolate covered strawberries and pretzels. Check.
3.2 pounds in one night.
CHECK.
So, like I said, discouraged. Not that I am using that as an excuse. I got right back on the wagon today. Back to my detox diet. Check.
Back to the workout? Not yet... But I think I'll put on my workout clothes, then go food shopping, then rotate some laundry.
This way when all that's done I'll still be in my workout clothes and ready to go :o)
Even though it will be kind of late...
Well, I guess then I better get moving with my plan.
So, that's it. I'm hoping that by getting right back on track today I'll balance out some of the damage.
As of right now, I have literally undone the whole detox. I am exactly the same weight as the morning I started.
Like I said, discouraging.
