Renewed

Okay - vacation was over - but I came home to a luau and a beach weekend.  So in addition to the three pounds I gained on vacation, I gained another 1.6 this weekend.

Gross!

But today, I am renewed!

I ate a healthy breakfast! I tracked it!

I WILL work out today (Rock It Off from the Wave System) and I WILL drink lots of water!

I WILL track my food for lunch and dinner.

I WILL cook a healthy dinner (NO MORE TAKE OUT! At least for a while)

I WILL avoid sugar and alcohol!

I am feeling renewed...  and I am looking forward to being truly back on track (no half-assed back on track, as I was this weekend).

Yesterday, I spent the entire day being lazy and reading.  And I am going to do that for a little bit this morning. But after my workout and shower, I am going to finish unpacking from our vacation, clean up the living room (maybe the kitchen...), and do a little food shopping.

I found a recipe for dinner that's simply quinoa, garlic, spinach, and feta cheese.  Add a little pan seared chicken and you've got a meal!

So that's my plan for the day.  I am putting it here so I can be accountable.

Monday WILL be rockin!!!!!!!!
