So, apparently I use that title a lot because it popped up automatically.
Thank you auto fill :o)
The weekend was fine. Boat's still broken, so we didn't go out. Which was fine because it rained on and off all day on Saturday. Sunday we went down there and cleaned up a bit. We are taking some friends out on Friday so I guess it's good for the boat to be clean.
But on the plus side, we didn't have the usual beach bar-b-que shmorgishboard (sp?) of food so I continued to drop .2 every day this weekend.
I need to drink more water though. I still haven't lost the pound I gained from the Chinese food.
Weird - I eat chinese food and I gain a pound overnight. I go out to dinner with the girls, have three drinks, and eat a huge dessert and I lose .2
Very strange...
Today is more of the usual. I had yogurt w/ berries, cereal and a banana. For lunch I have a left over burrito with sour cream, guacamole and salsa. For dinner, I'm going to cook :o) I'm gonna see if I can make some Pad Thai. I got a recipe from WW magazine - I just have to see if I can get all the ingredients.
For a workout today I am going to do Get Chisl'd - I haven't done this one recently but I remember it being challenging. Lots of high intensity cardio bursts in that one ... If I remember correctly ... I think ...
But first I have to hook up the new DVD player I bought this weekend at Target. I am embarrassed to admit this, but I had to buy a new DVD player because I had a little tantrum and I flung my remote to the only one across the room and somehow totally broke it :o(
For the most part it hasn't been too big a deal, but some of my DVD's have 3 in 1 menu options and I can't scroll through without the remote! Fortunately Target had one on sale for $25.
And while I was there I bought some ankle weights. Adjustable 1 to 5 pounds. When I bought them the cashier was like, "OMG this is so heavy!" I shrugged and said, "It's only 10 lbs." She was like, "Is that the same as a 10 lb. bag of potatoes?" I said, "Yeah, it should weigh the same." She was like, "I must be getting older!"
Love being strong! Can't wait to buy some 12's!
So that's that for today. Till tomorrow!
