Weekend Winding Down

And now it's back to the grind...

Time to get back on track with food and eating.   I had such a challenging weekend! I did okay most of the time, but the alcohol makes it crazy.

I had a great weekend though!

So this week my focus is on my workouts and getting back into good eating habits.  Just got my new issue of WW magazine so I'll be cooking a bunch.

That's one thing that's nice about summer vacation - I get to cook a lot more because I'm home all day and I'm not so tired when I get home!

But, I am going to cook a little something tonight and I am going to track everything this week!  Last week around Thursday night I gave up on tracking.  At first I said I would only skip Thursday night for tracking.  Well Thursday night turned into Friday and Saturday as well...

So today I work out and track! And tomorrow! And the rest of the week!  And hopefully the weekend too! LOL

Weekends seem to be my downfall every time!  Seriously, if you look at a graph of my weight, there's a spike every weekend, then a steady down, then a spike every weekend!

But - as much as I go down then up, I've been tracking my weight on WW as well - there you can only track once a week - and my weight has actually stayed the same for the past three weeks.  So - at least I'm not gaining anything :o)

But I'd still really like to lose a few more pounds.  It's just that it's hard to keep sight of that goal when so many fun and entertaining food/drinking opportunities arise!  LOL

But, it is what it is - or I should say, It was what it was - and it's over and done and today is a new day and this week is a new week!

Here's hoping that next weekend is not so nasty and chilly so we can spend the weekend on the beach!
