LOL - no worries this week! Been doing better at staying on track so it was all good! Actually down a bit from my last weigh in - but it could've been better if I hadn't splurged so much last weekend...
Ah well! All's well that ends well!
Worked out this morning with Ultimate Calorie Blaster - used my 5 lb bells instead of the 3's for a little extra huff and puff.
It was still sort of easy. But a decent burn...
Food today was minimal because I was looking forward to my leftovers for dinner plus another glass of vino! Hey, they say a glass a day is good for you! LOL
I still have 1/4 of an avocado left, so I'm looking forward to making an egg burrito w/ diced tomato and avocado for bfast! Yum!
