Everything resets to zero on Mondays and I have the chance to get myself back in gear and ready for the week.

I got to sleep late last night, so I slept in a half hour - that's why it's only 30 minutes.
30 minutes only burns 160 calories though... Not so much.
Breakfast was oatmeal made with milk and a banana.
Lunch was an Arbonne protein shake and a pear.
Not sure what's for dinner yet - my mother in law wants to have dinner together so I have no idea what she has in mind. Not sure if she's cooking or if she's going to want to go out. I'd almost rather go out. I could have a soup and a salad and call it a night.
Only lost a half pound of my weekend gain yesterday.
I think that's what's so frustrating about the weekend splurges - I gain a lot in one day and then it takes two, usually three, days to lose it again.
Next couple of weekends will have to be super strict for me as far as calories.
This weekend is my sister's birthday party in NYC so that will involve drinking I'm sure. That doesn't help my situation.
Well, I'll cross that bridge when I get there. In the meantime, I have to get through the week and somehow try to eat only 8 points for dinner tonight.
Sigh. It's always something.
Well, that's all for today. I was trying to update my WW online points tracker, but I can't seem to connect. They must be having server issues.
So until tomorrow...

I <3 Cardio Sculpt Blaster! Good for you for getting 30 minutes in. I also have upcoming parties & bbqs-fun but bad for the waistline...
